Scott who handles the main reception and the breakfast is super. Helped us understanding and figuring out the places to visit. Free parking and wifi worked well. The staff is very helpful. Ordering food from their tie up restaurants also makes things easy

The room was spacious and the little kitchenette was perfect to get groceries and not have to worry about eating out - I was pleasantly surprised with the kitchenette! The pool was perfect temperature and cooling off after a long day. Days Inn’s across the US and Canada can be hit or miss, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one!

The staff was nice ,the pool was decent and open late so when we got in the kids enjoyed it before going to rest. For overnight stay it was good. The area was okay. Lots of stores and restaurants not to far away and traffic was ok. 20 mins from Niagara Falls State Park not to bad.

The staff was friendly and provided lots of helpful information during check-in. Our room was clean and well-organized. You'll need a car to get around, but it's not a major issue since it's not too far from restaurants and downtown Niagara.

My stay was beyond excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were willing to do anything to make us comfortable. The room was well cleaned, beds were comfortable. Coffee and tea, a small coffee maker, cups and condiments in the room, refrigerator and microwave. I'm very pleased with my stay there and will return on my next visit home. Beautiful pool also there. I recommend this hotel to all.

Nice property, renovated rooms were quite pleasant for the price range and better than I was expecting. Check in staff and check out staff was friendly. This one is better than the other location closer to Amherst. Didn’t stay for breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Spacious clean very well lit room. Great size refrigerator. Very clean. Nice pool. Nice breakfast. Staff was amazing.
